The Oriental Hotel in Lekki, Lagos Island witnessed an unprecedented mammoth crowd of stakeholders drawn from all sub-sectors of Real Estate industry in Nigeria as Terra Developer, a leading Nigerian Real Estate Developer held the third edition of its event TERRApy 3.0 on Monday 2nd October, 2023.
By nine ‘0’ clock in the morning of the event, stakeholders that consisted of Realtors, Marketers, building Engineers, developers and consultants had already started to stream into the beautiful hall of the event in the acquisitive and gorgeous oriental hotel in Lekki.
The event, themed ‘Realtor Odyssey 360: Decoding and Mastering Real Estate Dynamics’, according to the Managing Director of Terra Developers, Kola-Ashiru Balogun "is organised with the aim of empowering real estate agents, professionals, and enthusiasts by equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and essential insights required for navigating the ever-evolving real estate landscape".
“While welcoming the real estate professionals to this very important summit. The Managing Director said the goal was to contribute to the development of the industry in Nigeria through the growth of industry practitioners sọ as to work towards mitigating the challenges in the real estate sector in the country.
TERRApy 3.0 as projected by the event planners offered a vast networking opportunities, as it featured masterclass lectures and workshops on real estate sales and financing in the Nigerian terrain and had scores of real estate giants in attendance.

The list of the dignitaries and major industry players as well as celebrities and influencers at the event showed the richness and vastness of the connections and influence that Terra Developers and its Management had gathered over the years of building reputation that has grown to represent a trustworthy company known for providing exceptional customer service to clientele and wide relationships across many lines and sectors within the country and without. Some of those who delivered lecture in the mega event include Barrister Morenike George-Taylor, A Lawyer and Real Estate Consultant, and her cousin Olubukola George-Taylor who is a Communication Strategic Expert and Entrepreneurial Coach, Barrister Oladele Oladunjoye, a renowned Legal Practitioner and the second Chairman of the Capital Markets Committee of Nigeria Builders Association as well as the Honorary Vice President of the Warwick University Nigeria Alumni Association.

The events was also attended by the famous Lagos social media influencer, Waris Olayinka Akinwande popularly known as Ola of Lagos. The representative of the Lagos State Real Estate Regulation Agency was also part of the program.
