The Governor of rivers state, His Excellency, Siminalayi Fubara is hit hard and bleeds profusely with the resolutions that came out after the meeting of the stakeholders in the Rivers state Crisis with President Tinubu

The resolutions according to analyst have forced hard things down the throat of Governor Fubara.

From all indications, the resolutions seem to have left Fubara at the receiving ends. Though, the meeting and its resolutions seek to maintain a balance.

While all matters in court are to be withdrawn immediately and Impeachment proceedings against Governors Fubara are to be dropped immediately, the Leadership of Rivers State House of Assembly led by Martin Amaewhule, the former speaker before the breakout of the crisis was recognised, as well as its 27 members who resigned from the PDP. Their remuneration and benefits as well as that of all staff are to be reinstated with no more interference with the funding of RSHA by the governor.

In addition, RSHA is to choose where to sit and conduct legislative business without interference/hindrance from executive. Governor Fubara is also to re-present the state budget to properly constituted RSHA while names of all commissioners who resigned because of the crisis are to be resubmitted to the House of assembly for approval.

Fubara was also hit hard with the dissolution of the caretaker committee he formed for the Rivers State local government councils.
