GEREMI to divorce wife

Geremi Sorele Njitap Fotso, a former Chelsea star player has approached a court in Cameroun to file for a divorce after DNA test allegedly revealed that his two children, a set of twins are not his.

While the wedding between the 45 year old Camerounian player Gerami and his wife is yet to Produce any child other than the set of twins that were born years before their wedlock, it is painful and disappointing for the player to discover that he was not the biological father of the twins and even more frustrating to discover that His wife's Ex actually fathered the children.

According to court papers in Cameroon, the retired midfielder, 45, said the father of the couple's twins is his wife previous husband - and not the former footballer.
The court papers which were leaked to media in Yaounde, alleged that Geremi's wife, Lauren “destroyed the harmony” of their marriage “through her abject behaviour” and “repeated lies.”

Geremi said that his wife has “psychologically damaged him” with the outcome of the paternal test and has caused him “a huge emotional shock".
GEREMI who was born on 20th December 1978 is a Cameroonian former footballer. He was a versatile player with ability to play at right back, right midfield or defensive midfielder. He was known for his power, pace, combative style and free-kick ability.

The most successful periods of Geremi's club career came at Real Madrid and Chelsea, winning the UEFA Champions League with the first and domestic honours with the latter.

Geremi earned 118 caps for Cameroon from 1996 to 2010, scoring 13 goals. He was a member of their squad for seven Africa Cup of Nations tournaments, winning in 2000 and 2002, as well as the World Cup in 2002 and 2010 and a gold medal at the 2000 Olympics.

But unfortunately, GEREMI could not replicate his career success at the home front with his wife as the relationship has land-crashed with the recent discovery of wrong paternity for their set off twins through DNA test.
